Sold individually (not a pair) and does not include screws. Get one for the front and back of your vehicle. Please check the product image for frame size and measure your license plate to ensure the upper or bottom lip of the frame won't cover the state name.
To install, place a washer in position on top of the hole on the top left and right, then screw through the hole to tighten and mount to the vehicle. Next, place the screw cap over the washer in an upright position and push the screw cover down firmly until a snap is heard, clicking it into place.
